Palm Harbor Biz is operated by Wolke Computing Inc. These terms apply to everyone who uses Palm Harbor Biz, and in particular to anyone who claims, manages or reports a business listing. By using the site you agree to them.

• You may claim only a business you own, or one whose owner has authorised you to manage its listing.
• When you prove a claim, the contact you use must be the business's own: its website's email domain, the email address on the listing, or the phone number on the listing. You must be able to receive messages at that contact as part of the business, not through a number or address you control for another reason.
• When you ask for a code by text or call, you confirm that the number is your business's phone number and that you are authorised to manage the listing. We send only the code you asked for; we never send marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply.

Claiming a business you are not entitled to manage breaks these terms. If we find that a claim was false, we may remove your access to the listing, undo the changes you made, end its ads, and close your account. We may also refer the matter to the authorities or take legal action.

• If you believe someone who manages a listing is not entitled to, you can report it from the listing's page. Your report must be true and made in good faith.
• While we review a report, the listing cannot be edited and no new ads can be started. Existing ads keep running, and the business's managers can pause them.
• The people who manage the listing can reply with their own evidence. Neither side sees the other's notes or files; only our staff do.
• Files you send with a report or a reply are stored privately and deleted 180 days after we decide.

Reports and claims are decided by the site's staff. We look at the evidence from everyone involved and may ask for more. Our decision is final on the site, and we will email everyone involved with the outcome.

You are responsible for what you add to a listing. It must be accurate and must not mislead visitors.
